comfort one rinse

2016 July 27

over 700 million people worldwide lack a clean water supply. unilever is helping tackle this problem through it’s #brightfuture initiative.

Comfort One Rinse is helping people reduce the amount of water used for washing clothes by up to 75%. The product has been developed to reduce the amount of foam left in fabrics after washing which in turn makes them much easier to rinse. Using Comfort One Rinse can save up to 30 litres of water on every hand-washing load.

Comfort One Rinse has been launched in India, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and the Philippines. The brand's commitment to helping water-scarce countries is also demonstrated in the raft of workshops and initiatives launched within these communities to help reduce water use and make drinking water safe.

Unilever is engaged in a number of other water-saving initiatives across brands such as Lifebuoy, Lux, Dove and Omo and is helping communities across the globe make small changes to their everyday habits that have a positive impact on their lives.
